Anthony Wilhelms is a Financial Advisor with Nicolet Wealth Management. His experience with portfolio management, trust administration and private banking give him the knowledge to assist high-net-worth families and businesses with their financial strategies. Anthony lives in Neenah with his wife and children. They enjoy outdoor activities and travel. Anthony obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a CFA Charterholder, CFP® professional and serves as a member of the Bank’s Investment Committee. He is actively involved in the fixed income and equity strategy for Wealth Management clients.

Biography
Adam is a Vice President and Senior Investment Officer of Nicolet Wealth Management. Adam has 20 years of experience in identifying attractive investment opportunities in various capital markets. He has a wide-ranging scope of experience encompassing investment research, portfolio construction, and trading at various leading financial institutions. Adam leads the Nicolet Wealth Management Investment Committee, and by doing so, 
is able to serve all clients. Adam lives in De Pere with his wife and two children. They enjoy family time and are involved in various outdoor activities. Adam received his BBA in Finance from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He holds both CFA and CAIA professional designations. He enjoys solving complex financial situations with practical portfolio solutions.

Biography
Michael Steppe is the Chief Investment Officer of Nicolet National Bank. Mike enjoys working with community banks and other institutional investors to develop high performing investment portfolios. As a long-time student of community banking, Mike brings a unique investment perspective to the critical issues facing the industry. Prior to joining Nicolet, LLC, Mike was Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for the U.S. operation of Clarica Life Insurance. Mike was responsible for overall investment strategy and management of the $2.5 billion investment portfolio. Mike is a CFA charter holder. He is a past President of the CFA Society of Milwaukee. He received his BBA and MBA from Marquette University. Mike graduated from Marquette University High School and continues to be active with its endowment funds.
