William (Bill) Irwin, Account Manager, Aktion Associates

William (Bill) Irwin is an Account Manager at Aktion Associates, responsible for delivering next-generation application solutions and business consulting services to Construction companies in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Bill has worked with firms for nearly a decade to develop end-to-end technology strategies that are the foundation for operational excellence and future growth. Bill's clients view him as a trusted IT advisor due to his extensive knowledge of Construction firm operations and understanding of best practices. Bill is active in a variety of civic and professional organizations. He is an active member of the CFMA West Michigan Chapter and several Ohio Chapters. Travel, sailing, and golf are among the activities Bill enjoys with his family. Bill attended Bowling Green State University and studied Business Management.

Steve Handly, Project Executive, Action Associates

As former VP of Aktion’s CRE division, Steve is an experienced business executive and software consultant with unparalleled expertise in the Construction industry. A respected voice in the Construction world, Steve focuses his time in collaborating with companies to improve efficiency using technology. Prior to joining Aktion, Steve ran his own consulting firm, owned a construction company, and held management/technology positions for several large, enterprise firms. In 20023 Steve merged his consulting business with Aktion Associates. Active in both civic and professional organizations, Steve is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and Association of General Contractors of Indiana. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from Milligan University.

Rhonda Huisman, Partner, Construction Technology Leader, CroweRhonda Huismann is a consulting partner based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She spent more than 20 years with the tax group at Crowe before moving into her current role as technology and consulting lead for clients in the construction and real estate industries.

Rhonda has more than 24 years of experience working with general and specialty contractors, construction management firms, architectural and engineering firms, real estate developers, and material suppliers, with deep expertise in percentage of completion tax methods and deferral strategies. She is focused on bringing innovative technology to the construction and real estate industries, including the Crowe Construction Contract Optimizer, a construction tax solution that she helped develop, and Contract Manager for Construction, an AI-based software designed to streamline the review, risk assessment, and collaboration related to construction contracts.

 

Matt Fleszar, CEO, Total Solutions

Matt is our top executive who sets the tone for Total Solutions’ vision, mission, and culture. He joined Total Solutions in 2012 and was hired as CEO in 2013.
