Attendees will learn about how construction industry is changing, the financial impacts to industrialized construction, and the principles required in manufacturing to obtain these changes.

The Excellerate Facility Tour will be followed by a social/dinner at Holidays Pub & Grill in Appleton from 4:45 - 6:30 PM.

PRESENTER & BIOGRAPHY

Paul Keckhaver
Regional Leader | Excellerate
As Regional Leader with Excellerate, Paul is responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating Excellerate’s manufacturing and logistics operations for our Wisconsin facilities. He works to maintain a safe working environment while increasing the productivity and efficiency of Excellerat’s production team, products, and processes.

Prior to joining the organization in 2013, Paul worked in manufacturing for 8 years. Upon joining FTI, Paul completed the organization’s electrical apprenticeship program, which led to him acquiring his master electrician license. These opportunities allowed him to grow throughout his career into numerous leadership roles.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and golfing.
