The construction firms presenting are:
Gina Criscuolo has been in the construction finance industry for 8 years working for both a general contractor and for a subcontractor. She is the Controller for Babbidge Construction Company. Babbidge is a full-service construction management and general contracting firm dedicated to serving the needs of private institutional and commercial clients. Gina is a CPA who had spent fifteen years in public accounting. She serves on the Board of Directors of the CFMA and is a member of Professional Women in Construction. She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a BS in Accounting.
Denise Egan has 19 years of experience in the Construction Industry. She joined Standard Builders, Inc. in 2004 as its Chief Financial Officer where she is responsible for the financial operations of the Company, Information technology and human resources. She serves on the Board of Directors of the CFMA. She also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Saxton B Little Library. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Sharon Liss is the Controller for PDS Engineering & Construction, Inc. in Bloomfield for the past seven years. PDS serves clients in the capacity of general contractor, design/build contractor and construction manager. Sharon is a CPA who previously worked for 10+ years in public accounting with a concentration on construction companies. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Connecticut State University.
Named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in 2015, Timothy O’Brien is responsible for all aspects of KBE’s accounting and financial functions, as well as strategic planning for KBE’s long-term growth. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in business and financial management roles in the construction industry. Before joining KBE in 1996, he worked for a national development and construction firm in Phoenix. Tim received his BS in business administration from Bryant College. Tim is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and for the last two years has served as Chairman of the Board of Associated Builders and Contractors.
